About Me
Welcome! I’m Sabine Bou Malhab, an early childhood education consultant passionate about helping families and educators transform the way children learn and grow. With a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and years of experience in diverse educational and creative settings, I bring a thoughtful and adaptable approach to every project.
My Journey
My journey began as a classroom teacher deeply inspired by child development research and the possibilities of innovative education. Early on, I faced the challenge of translating inspiring theories into practical, everyday classroom experiences. Motivated by this, I pursued professional training in a variety of alternative, research-based approaches to enrich my practice—approaches I continue to explore and integrate, ensuring my work remains rooted in both evidence and experimentation.
Founding my own art and play studio was a pivotal moment where I witnessed the transformative power of child-led exploration and thoughtfully designed environments. This experience naturally led me to work more directly with parents and early childhood programs through consulting, uncovering my passion for empowering educators and families to create nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning spaces.
What I Believe
I believe that every child deserves to be seen and respected as a competent, curious learner with unique strengths and needs. Learning is most meaningful when it happens through play, creativity, and genuine connection—elements that nurture not just academic skills but emotional and social growth as well.
True transformation in education happens when we consider the whole ecosystem around the child—the environment, culture, and community—all working together to support development. By embracing thoughtful, research-based approaches tailored to each child and context, we can foster joyful, autonomous learners who are prepared to navigate a complex and ever-changing world.
